By accessing or using the 9 Realms Security website at 9realmssecurity.com or the client portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of 9 Realms Security, LLC. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms as they may be updated from time to time.

9 Realms Security provides managed cybersecurity services, including but not limited to managed detection and response, Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring, GRC assessment readiness, vCISO advisory, penetration testing, vulnerability services, and ASV PCI scanning.

The specific scope, deliverables, service levels, and pricing for managed services are defined in a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed between 9 Realms Security and each client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. Where material changes affect contracted services, clients will be notified in accordance with their MSA.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that 9 Realms Security has the necessary authorizations, access credentials, and cooperation required to deliver contracted services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@9realmssecurity.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Clients must not use our services or client portal for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or in any way that could damage or impair our systems or the experience of other users.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of 9 Realms Security, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Reports, assessments, and deliverables produced for clients under a signed MSA and SOW are provided for client's internal business use. Redistribution or resale of deliverables is prohibited without written consent.

9 Realms Security retains ownership of all methodologies, tools, processes, and templates used in service delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 9 Realms Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to 9 Realms Security in the three months preceding the claim, or as otherwise specified in your MSA.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida.
